I say this honestly. I will never buy something from Southern Ag. Again! I purchased a dog muzzle paid almost 30.00 for it never been used. Went to return it and the manager said they couldn’t resell it because they seen mud all over it?? There is nothing wrong with this muzzle. I’d like to feel comfortable to purchase something and if there is something wrong with it and the item doesn’t work for me I should be able to return it. I wasted 30.00 on something I can’t even use...

Well I'm sorry to say that What I had hoped would be a great experience turned out to be not so much. Had my cat neutered. That went alright. But after my cat was continually sneezing. Now mind you he's an inside kitty. Never even been in our yard. So I call and they agree to get rx for antibiotics. I find out they wanna charge me another35 for something he obviously caught there. The young man said to me he could have caught it any where...you know...like the cats been out on the town. Not! So I refuse. The next morning a received a call stating that an employee is going to pay for it. I'm thinking that's good. They're gonna make this right. And in turn I would retract the social media blitz that I posted the day before. Well was I wrong. First I'm left on hold for almost 7 minutes when I'm trying to confirm that the lady was going to be there. When I get there I couldn't believe how utterly rude she was. She literally handed me the medication saying only that I needed to keep it refrigerated. Turned and walked away. So I said thank you very much. I do appreciate it. So to recap...I WILL NOT TAKE DOWN MY POST ON THEIR PAGE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND MOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT ENTRUST THE HEALTH OF MY FUR BABIES WITH THEM. THAT IS ALL.
Not only were they the best prices I found to get my cats declawed and neutered. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and answering all my questions and getting me everything I needed.
