What is there to say? I was so speechless when encountering this place. It's so beautiful and I wish I've hiked here longer, but it was hot out and getting late. Plus, I took a wrong path where I ran into a creek that prevented me crossing futher. There were many wildlife surrounding and I saw many butterflies and dragonflies. One of the dragonflies flew into my face so that was a bit of a shock. Anywho, I'd come back here one day.

I love to come here to relax and observe nature. You will see fish, frogs, butterflies, turtles birds and so much more. Well of course if you look! This is also a good place to walk with a friend. Unfortunately there are no dogs allowed but it's a beautiful place.

Was so looking forward to a walk today but was highly disappointed. The trails are not marked and don’t seem to be maintained very well. We parked at the Taylor Road entrance and got to what we think was the Flint River overlook, couldn’t make out where to continue from there so retraced our steps to the car park and went to Hays Preserve instead. This looks like it could be a nice place if only we knew where to go
