PTR, pick up, used to be quick few years ago, now take about 5hrs to get loaded, they don’t honor app times

They have zero respect for truck drivers , don't care about appoiments , parking is on the street . Truck drivers do yourself a big, big favor and don't come here , you will regret it . I don't know how they are still in business with such an attitude

It will take hours and hours and hours to get a 53' reefer loaded. 5.5 hours for me. No other trucks here - nothing weird going on but still it takes 5.5 hours.

I happen to deliver and pickup at this place same day, 3 hours on Delivery very slow, and another 5 getting loaded , maybe 2 other trucks here for the whole day, pretty slow,slow place , but in today's market not a whole lot to choose from
