My family and I returned home this evening to find the power out and generator not working. Within 10 minutes, my call was returned and tech walked me through fixing the problem. Speedy customer service and extensive knowledge of generators. Will continue to recommend this great company!

The wife and I bought a home in late June with a generator already installed. Called the Kelly staff and asked for customer service to get maintenance done to keep it running as the generator had not been run by the prior owners for quite some time. Their customer service lady called and immediately connected me to their service side and we're good to go now. Most impressive was I actually received a call later the same night at about 7:30, long after they closed, from their Director !!!.... to ensure I had been taken care of. That's customer service !. This all happened about 2 months ago but I waited to write any review until after they had shown up and done any work. The tech was sharp, professional and extermely courteous. Signed a year long PM contract, to save some money, and we are very pleased. We highly recommend them to sell or service a generator.
horrible service. tech did not fix anything we still do not have a working generator and we were charged a VERY HEFTY PRICE for nothing
