Recently upgraded my 2017 RX350 to a 2021RX 350. Tom B as usual was great to work with as we searched for the perfect upgrade. This being my fourth since my 1st 2012RX (and Tom B was there from day one) I'm impressed that LEXUS just keeps improving the driving experience of the RX product. No wholesale changes that might have me looking for something else. THANKS, TOM !!! Every car dealer should be so lucky to have someone that knows how service their clients like Tom. Knowledgeable, courteous a true professional. He makes it easy and FUN!

Where do I start. I called and spoke to Duane in sales. He was amazing, knowable about the car I was looking for Lexus RC White with Red. He went out his way to text me while home to let me know the weather because I lived 50 miles away. He sold me on the car! Now when I got to the business side that could not have been more smooth.. I was ready to go with Navy Federal but LEN STOLER gave me a great rate and he explained everything with out over selling extra.. yes I purchase extra :). I am trying to think of his name.. He has a RV and wine.. If you are looking for great service this is the place... Duane even put a pretty bow on my car and took my picture... Thank you all every much..

Patti and I drove from the beach in Delaware to purchase our brand new 2021 RX 350 at Len Stoler and it is was well worth the trip. This is our 4th RX in the past 20 years. The sales and technical personnel were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job reviewing the details of the sale and the technical aspects of owning this car. Needless to say we are delighted and really enjoyed the ride back! We especially appreciate the efforts of Tom for doing such a fine job communicating with us while we were out of state.

Had a good experience buying our new Lexus from Len Stoler. Tim Queen was knowledgeable answering our many questions thoroughly. We never once felt pressured in the dealership which was greatly appreciated. We had been out of the car buying market for a good many years and were pleasantly surprised by the experience.
