The company doesn’t care about customers at all, there by leaving making it difficult for there staff to assist when you brought up an issue. Policy wise there customers is not priority rather you are forced to accept there policy or leave the service. I will think twice before recommending there product and services to anyone or else one will have to blame his or herself. Hopefully more competitors will come on board to challenge them

Store so clean they get you in and out fast Friendly and politess workers they really make you feel comfortable almost like family I never send in or pay ovee the phone I enjoy going in person to see the workers and to be treated like royalties

Mike was supposed to help us set it up for my business. I reached out to him and he sent someone to check the place and told me they were able to put the router there. he told me he will reach out to me the next day and got my signed docs. Never heard from him again!! Called him multiple times with messages and got no response. Its been over a week now. very unprofessional.

I moved here to Md.in July of 2020. I choose Xfinity to be our cable provider, i set up an account set up auto pay and had no problems until December, somehow my auto pay payments kept coming back declined, so I spoke with a representative from Xfinity set up payments on Dec. 26 declined the 30th declined the Jan. 5th declined and on the 7th I contacted my bank to find out what the problem was I told them at the bank how much money Xfinity was trying to take for a payment the bank said there no activity from Xfinity trying to take a payment and the last payment they took was in Nov.of 2020 so I contacted Xfinity again explained my discussion with the bank. Xfinity bill pay dept. went on to cancel my auto pay and we 're-set up the account I put all my info in made the required payment only to be notified on the 8th that it did not work.I have a pension check from NY plus I work full time job here in MD that all goes into this account im not rich but I'm not broke either, in 16 years living in my apartment in NY my cable provider was Cablevision and I never experienced these amount of problems as I have in 1 month with Xfinity, I would NEVER EVER recommend this service to anyone and in the meantime I will be looking for another company So when we move into our new home in 6 or 7 months I will NOT be taking Xfinity with me, Don't rush to get a cable provider it may be worth paying a few dollars more for good service.
