The Trust Thermal team recently completed an abatement of a chiller pipe. I was originally impressed with the team when they abated our “bowling alley” this summer and again they did an excellent job on this project. This time however I was able to get to know they team as the work was right outside my office. Those are some awesome guys!!! They were polite, efficient and informative. Most of all they were a pleasure to have around. Between the value of service and the professional staff, Trust Thermal is my go-to company for abatement and I really appreciate them.

Jeff and his team were safe, professional, and kind. Jeff came out and provided me a quote, and wore a mask and explained things to me in a non-condescending manner. (With home repair and auto repair, I have found that I am spoken down to, very often.) Then when Jeff and his colleague (I think his name was Mark?) came out, his colleague completed the job on time and was also a very nice person. When it was time to pay Jeff even swung back by my house, to pick up the cash from me. I would highly recommend them for abatement based on social interactions alone, AND they were competitively priced!
