I had a repair done on June 22 2018 and paid them 637.26 . Just had routine maintenance conducted and was told they installed my fan blade in backwards causing a \ high pressure cut out mode\. I called the business in Oxford and he told me \ why don't you just have someone take a picture and call me back\. I asked when they will come out to repair the mistake he said \were not\ and he hung up the phone. I called back and asked for owner and he said he was so \he didn't care about our motor\ . This is who Manitowoc backs and wants you to use? Be careful this company is garbage....
