I have come to a better understanding of my emotions. The “why” (surrounding certain emotions) has been answered. It is a delightful journey.

This soulwork bodywork therapy with Jen is amazing! It really has been life changing actually. I'm embodying inner contentment and health more with each session. I have a far greater relationship with my body and emotions than before and my thinking is clearer and calmer too. Jen is really caring and a great therapist. Its as if she knows what you need even when you don't know yourself. I definitely recommend her and this type of craniosacral therapy!
