Just received a letter saying I have debt of 891.32 from 2018. Yeah right! It's a scam, I never had any debt, I do CASH ONLY! This will be reported for sure, don't give them a penny. But, nice try, tho...

They are horrible. I payed something off and now four days later they STILL have not sent me a receipt. I have called and called, they never fricken answer the phone I have left many messages and still no reply. You would think since they’re whole thing is to collect debts they would answer the phone.

unethical company. elect arbitration via JAMS or AAA. If their lawyer is lying or making false statements. Look into filing an ethics complaint. Report any FDCPA or FCRA violations to the CFPB, BBB, and Attorney General. If they sue and don't have a complete chain of title, counter sue and you get a free lawyer and 1k. if you are low income, looking into court waivers and arbitration waivers. They need to have a witness from the original creditor. Other wise its just hearsay. solosuit.com, credit info boards, the defendants package . are all great resources.

Not sure why the other have had issues but they were very helpful with my particular case; same day that I received my collection bill of over 1000 - I called and let them know I would pay it as soon as possible. Two weeks later I spoke to the same representative, she walked me though the process and we were able to get things done on both sides. If you are nice and respectful, pay your bill, and stick with your word - They will be able to work with you. Personally, I had a great experience with this Credit Collection company

Complete FRAUD going on here. They buy debt incurred from identity theft and report it to the credit agencies. When you call to let them know it's identity theft, they give you a bogus email to send documents. But If you don't have documents since it was identity theft, what will you send? If you ask a question in an email, there is no reply. Disputing with Transunion did no good, they just keep saying the debt is accurate! I would suggest calling the State Attorney general for Mississippi.
