All of the employees that we worked with were very courteous, helpful, and patient. Donavan clearly explained our options to help us decide the best deal for our needs, without any pressure to steer us one way or another. Moises also was great at explaining the financial paperwork, keeping the atmosphere light hearted and connecting with us on a personal level. Julian did a fantastic job at showing us the many features of our new car and explained them at a nice steady pace since there were too many features for us to remember in one sitting. He also did a great job at removing the RFID sticker from out old car and transferred it to the new car. Can’t say enough great things about Alexander and we’ll highly recommend them to our family, friends, neighbors and acquaintances.

Alls good until several days driving on fwy the chrome part mirror on passenger door starting moving up ward off the mirror. Fortunately I was able to pull off the freeway and save the part. I took the car in because the mirror was rattling when I close the door. The dealership put double-sided tape and put it back on to resolve the problem. When they put that part back on they broke one of the plastic clips. Which caused the mirror to eventually fall off. I bought a brand new truck and when I took it in service they gave me a refurbished part. I feel that’s unacceptable.

My 2017 Acadia had a transmission issue. The service team did a great job reducing my stress by communicating with me about the status of my car while they had it. The service team made the process very quick simple and gave me a loaner vehicle. I was able to get in and out on my lunch break. The service manager Dominic and the service advisor Josue went above and beyond to make my experience positive. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! Normally I don't take surveys but this experience deserved recognition.
