I never like to give a bad review but in this case I'm going to toe the not. Never want to hurt a business, so hopefully this will help them. I have been there personally 3 times and have purchased 2 hats and 3 Herschel wallets, never really thought about has the owner doesn't really converse with you. But I like the merchandise I purchased. Well for my birthday I was given Four T-Shirt as a gift. Brands primitive, obey, diamond. The average price was 24, so about 100 after tax. They were all Extra Large which were huge I could not wear them. I went To ICON with my receipt and three of the shirts never unfolded of course one was refolded (HAD TO TRY ON). I said I apologize I was given these shirts as a gift but there to large may I exchange these for a smaller size. RESPONSE: Receipt no receipt we do no exchanges. My RESPONSE: well what I'm I supposed to do with shirts I can't wear. There RESPONSE: We don't know, we tell every guest no exchange no return you could have worn it. And let me say this the times I've been there they never told no exchanges or returns with my purchases. Sorry so do your Christmas shopping or any shopping till they make sure they respect the people who spend there hard working money at there establishment. I like to spend my money places that hold a standard of customer first.

I went in here a few times and they never had anything I wanted in stock and they wouldn't even put grip tape on my board, despite me saying I would pay for it. They would only do it if I bought the deck there. I ended up taking my business to Five Points where they were very helpful. They gripped my board, and helped me find the right trucks and bearings. I'll be giving my money to them from now on. I give this place 3 stars because they do have a lot of decks and clothing, but I get better customer service at Jack In The Box. **My reply to the shop's follow up response** I fully understand the policy and that policy is the reason why I'm giving a low star review.
I've bought quite a few things here in the past. Just recently went in and bought an A's hat. You could see that the customer service from who I'm assuming is the mother of whoever owns this establishment flourishes. The employee's who are usually younger are pretty cool and do everything to help you along the way. I rated this place 3 stars because of the attitude that the younger owner who is a dude seems to have. He seems really pushy to get you out the door and really just doesn't have social awareness as to what is readeable from a consumers standpoint. However let's be real we are all aware of our attitude and hands down this isn't the way you want to come across in ANY business. Best Regards, Leo
Nice clean store plus the Asian Girl who works there is very beautiful...she'd look cute wearing the hats.!!!.
Great store, customer service was great. The employee was very generous and helpful he told me everything I need to know about the trucks wheels bearings everything. Good selection of skating brand clothes. Also got a handful of free stickers with my board. Will definitely be coming back I highly recommend this place.
