Daniel and his team clean my white carpeting three times a year under a specially discounted contract for customers needing frequent cleaning (love that white carpeting!). They have been here several times. They are always very professional, arrive on time, are responsive to my specific requests, and provide extra services such as floor tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning on my outside patio furniture on an “as needed” basis. They have done a good job reducing or removing some of my more difficult stains, including coffee and black printer ink stains (took several visits over time). They have always done an excellent job for me. They are careful to follow Covid-19 safety regulations. I recommend them heartily.

Kudos to Daniel and Jason who cleaned and put down a gloss finish on my Saltillo Terra-Cotta floor. We thought the tile would need to be replaced after years of neglect by previous owners. Now, we can enjoy this floor for years to come without the need for an expensive replacement. Both Daniel and Jason were extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and very efficient. I most definitely recommend them for your tile floor needs. The before and after photos tell the story.
The cleaners were late, but the company called to communicate, which is a big plus. The gentlemen were very nice. The only downside is that they left my area rug which they weren't cleaning and floor wet. I am still waiting on everything to dry, as it was soaking wet.
I am very please with the two men from Stanley Steamer as well as the services the company provided. The men arrived within their window. We reviewed the project and the provided feedback and understanding of the options. After reviewing the original project, we reviewed a few other items and we decided on what best would meet the need. The did the work in a timely manner, were efficient, very nice and professional. Good job.. really glad we had the work done.
The service guy was not wearing a mask even though when I called and asked customer service about COVID protection they said they follow all the protocols. After cleaning the floors look the same. 10/15/2020 I am pleased to revised my previous review due to the fact that Stanley Steemer was professional and concerned enough to know exactly what happened and what we were expecting as a customer. We received a call and expressed our concerned and scheduled an appointment for them to come again and address the issues we had with the original job done. Today, Stanley's employee showed up wearing a mask and re-doing the work properly. We are now pleased with the outcome and would use this Company again for any future work and would recommend them as well. Thank you for caring to make your customers happy!
