Also, he also explained things in a manner than answered my questions and provided me security for the future. I love purchasing vehicles from Team Nissan! This will be my second car from them now, and the experience was just as pleasurable as the last. Mitch was super helpful and accomodating. He has the patience of a saint! He answered all my questions and took me through the process without being overly pushy or sales aggressive like you may experience at other dealerships. I almost got cold feet, went to another dealership to see a similar model, and I left just because of the horrible customer service. Didn't even see the car. Absolute Best Service Center! Michael Ramirez, Sr. was my service rep and I could not have asked for a more professional and caring representative. I went in for my 15K check up and the vehicle was promptly taken care of, all my questions were answered and the rest of the team were also friendly and efficient. I have been taking my dad's car here for years, and I am thrilled to have my own Nissan, and be able to use the services. Also, a recent accident caused an issue I was completely unaware of, but the service guys noticed and Mike thoroughly explained the situation, and even went so far as to write it up so I would be able to discuss it with my insurance agent. These guys ARE THE BEST! I highly recommend them. Also, I was thrilled that the price was actually more reasonable than I expected from a dealer. This Team Nissan has my business for life!
