I usually have great service when I take my truck in to Vista Ford. But, my truck was towed there almost a week ago I call repeatedly and leave messages for Liz but I get no call back. I've been waiting 2 days for a call back. I still have no knowledge of what is wrong with my truck, or the cost. This is day 7 called twice no answer. Left message. This may very well be my last time using Vista Ford Oxnard.

As a first time buyer Mr.Micheal \Smitty\ Schmitt helped walk me through my initial financial concerns for the purchase of a new Ford Ranger STX.Between him & Issac in finance they were very helpful & professional.Overall a very pleasing experience.I want to add I made a few missteps though in the purchase process as I shouldn't have booked an important meeting the evening of my purchase.Mr.Michael Strang the Finance Mgr. helped me rectify one of these mistakes (helping me order a camper shell instead of a truck bed cover as I did originally) quickly & professionally.I must also mention The Vista Team has not only aided me but 2 local food banks (we handle over 20 grocery stores) in helping provide for the less fortunate & disadvantaged.-JP
The whole vista team in Oxnard was awesome beginning with Michael he was very knowledgeable, patient, and polite. The manager and the finance manager was very professional and very helpful. I been to a lot of car dealerships during this covid crisis and vista was the most well followed the public health rules in put in place and still about care about their customers . Very professional! I would recommend all my family and friends to Vista Ford. Thanks again!
I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 . I love my truck very much. Except there was a scratch on the left front side of the truck I do not know if it was there when I bought it or somebody scratched it after I bought it. But I had a great experience buying that truck I recommend Vista Ford if you are looking for a Ford F-150. They are great trucks. The salesman or great the finance people were great the receptionist was great everybody does a great job there and you could see that they work as a team they have great teamwork.
They had some beauties here on display, so stopped and took some photos only, but liked that they hosted these, hope you like them too!
