Although Dr.Frey gave exceptional patient service, the office staff needs more training on customer service. I called a couple weeks ago to reschedule an appointment that their office told me had to be rescheduled and the nurse responded as if I was disturbing her. Recently I called to inquiry about purchasing some facial wash and the nurse would barely let me speak, rushing me. When I went to pick up the facial wash, Brea who was at the front desk could barely speak. She didn't tell me the cost of the facial wash, which I assumed was the same price that I paid in the past, 35. When I asked her, she said 45. I replied that the cost went up 10 and she shrugged her hands as if to say so what. I don't know what has changed with the office staff, but it is not in a positive direction. BTW, Dr. Frey is leaving so I will be looking for another dermatologist.

Love Dr. Frey! She is amazing! I was referred to her by one of my good friends that is also a client. I drive over 25 miles to see her and it's well worth it! She has managed to get my hair back grooming and less shredding with the products that she prescribed for me to use. The staff are all very friendly and the COVID-19 safety measures are perfect! I will definitely refer this office and doctor to others!

Dr Frye has been my dermatologist for a couple of years now. My skin health has dramatically improved since finding her and her team. The treatment plans and other recommendations she provides me are always on target and meets my skin needs. I have and will continue recommending friends to Dr Frye as she and the Advanced Dermatology Team are all excellent health care professionals.

Great experience. I was able to make an appointment quickly and without hassle. The office was very clean and the staff was welcoming, even with the necessary COVID precautions taken. Dr. Frey spent an ample amount of time discussing my needs and concerns. I was even able to make my next appointment upon checkout. I look forward to going back to my next appointment to discuss the results of my treatment.
