I was called the morning of my appointment and told rudely that I couldn’t come see them that I needed to go to a rheumatologist! He should have called me and not the receptionist!

I give him 3 stars. Dr. Drake is possibly the best Doctor in his field, however, \you are the company you keep.\ The Clinton Branch of Metro Spine will be the end of his career. I have recommended him to many of my friends with back problems who can only make it to the Clinton Branch. Over the course of months, neither I, nor any of my friends have yet to receive treatment there. The Oxon Hill office is great, but I can no longer make it there. If you can get there, he is there and it is worth the trip. However, if you visit the Clinton office, you will receive nothing more than free television, a 30 minute \cooling off\ period while they act like your visit is a surprise, and a \ham scam\ to get you to go to Oxon Hill instead, provided they have an opening. If you are not open for that, they blow your head up with hope by rescheduling your appointment, a month from the day of your visit, then leave a message on your answering machine that you owe them money because you did not show up for the appointment they cancelled. Watch your mail, because they also claim they sent out billing information you will never receive. After a certain period of time, it will be sent to collections, ruin your credit and there is nothing you can do about that. Did I add that during all this time, you are probably in excruciating pain? I am still waiting to hear from the billing department about November 2017 cancellation charges to my account when there was never a cancellation. Ironically, those charges fell on the exact same date in 2018, when they cancelled my appointment because the doctor was not there. In layman's terms, Clinton Metro Spine is trying to charge me a o show\ fee for 2018 when the doctor did not show up and I did. When I caught them in a lie, they tried to claim that it was from the same date in 2017. If that were the case, why did I never receive a notice in the mail?
