Very nice store! Extremely polite and helpful service. I was quite taken back by how personable they are. Definitely going to be my "go to" for bike needs? Or maybe NOT! 3 weeks later and the damned parts are still NOT here! Poor communication, undelivered parts, cancelled the order and just going to use Amazon from now on. You guys dropped the ball!

I've been in there 4 times and purchased a new bike from them. I will be going back there for my next bike. Truly a good experience.
They always seem to busy to help... I have been in there 4 times in the past year. Once was to get an inspection done. They were super quick at doing it. The guy at the counter just seemed pretty occupied and didn't have time to talk or answer any questions. 2nd time I was looking for a leather jacket and just kinda browsing the merchandise they had for sale. BTW this is not the place to find leathers. They had 1 jacket. 3rd time was to buy a battery. This time actually went fairly quick . 4th time I was looking to buy a new bike. Walked around for 30 mins. And no one even asked if they could help. So I took my cash to somewhere that actually wanted to sell a bike. So as far as my rating on this place. I'd give them a three. Super clean just not very friendly. And who knows I might have just showed up at bad times . Either way they lost out on a 12k cash sale. Maybe next time.
Arrived to this establishment to purchase a motorcycle helmet however their selection is very limited. Instead if you're needing something specific they will order it for you which will take a while you might as well purchase it online. I sent an email asking if they had an item in stock and never got a response. Other than that their staff is very friendly and they have an immaculate showroom with tons of nice bikes. I may return later to grab a pair of gloves because it gives me an excuse to ride the beautiful road going east bound on Kearney.
OK selection for accessories. Fair pricing. Sometimes you get good help sometimes you don't. Clean facility easy access off the interstate.
They fixed my hurricane1000. They did a great job. The total they told us when we droped it off was much lower than the total they wanted when we picked it up. Was supposed to be 608. Ended up being 975. The bike runs great tho. Thank you.
I was here a week ago and they were open Mon-Sat. I drove 1.5 hours back today on my day off to come pick up my bike and found a note on the door with new hours saying closed Mondays. Very frustrating!
Clean well organized easy to move around and look at the bikes and accessories. Service is very helpful and sales people aren't trying to hard sell anything
