The dispatcher had me on hold for more than 7 mins just to give me a price. I had to cut the waiting and call back and she was very rude and unprofessional. I use that service all the time and had no problem. Mind how you speak to your customers. We don’t owe you.

The car wasn't clean and no cars for service available
I live a bit further away from this car base but they were able to accommodate me. The driver even put and remove my bags when I got to the airport. It is nice bc you even get text messages when they are picking you up and dropping you off. I am Very satisfied.
