It's first come first serve, and if you are waiting in the lineup, then it all depends on the forklift driver. Plus there yard is so narrow that can be blocked while the loading a flat trailer and stops others from entering into their loadng docks. There was 3 trucks in front of me and it took 2 hrs and a half to get unloaded.

Seem to be ok people to deal with. Always get me loaded in good time. Can get backed up with trucks at times.
