Had good service up for the past two years up until this last refill. Called three and a half weeks ago to schedule tank refill and got a two week window for delivery. No show, no call. My husband has called every day for the past 5 days requesting status on the refill. We get a call center either on the East coast or off shore that can only tell us that they will request the tanks be scheduled for tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes - no show no call. We check the delivery status, it says the delivery is scheduled for today, then no one shows up. One call center person tried escalating - transferred my husband, but he ended up on hold for 25 minutes with no answer. Husband is on the phone again - on hold for 45 minutes with no answer at the call center. He called back and was on hold for nearly an hour before someone answered. Once again, we are told that someone will schedule it and call back tomorrow. Which is the same thing they say every time my husband calls.

Should be a zero. Requested tank refill on 1/27, we had a schedule refill between 1/29-2/10. No show. Called on 2/11, was rescheduled for No show. Called on the 2/16. Refill soon. Called today 2/17 and was told we would get a refill TODAY. Didn’t happen. When will we get a tank refill? Calling doesn’t seem to help. We’ve been customers for years.
If I could give this company a 0 I would, I will NEVER again use this company! I signed up for auto delivery so my tank would not run out. So far out of the last 6 months they let my tank run dry everytime even if I call ahead. This seems intentional as they add another 150.00 each month to come back yet again to do a leak check. The communication is nonexistent between the office staff who have no clue when my propane will run out since they do not meter this. Every time I call they tell me my tank is a 20% which is their standard answer when and if they actually do.
I drove 22min. To get here and I was turned away at the gate because no one would open the gate there is a number posted but no one answered
Most of their tank are expired. I have no idea how the inspector works here!
