It was delivered 100 miles away which I appreciated. Overall I had a good buying experience and would not hesitate to do business again with John.

These guys are great. I was looking for a used excavator and John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I did a lot of research prior to and knew I wanted to do business here after my first phone call. We negotiated a great price and they delivered to Bellingham. John called the next day and said he put a new battery in for me also. It's been a week and I've been using my new machine for projects around my property. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I would put zero if I could. I called and asked for a quote a mini escavator. He asked what size I let him know I'm digging up my back yard and would need a small one. What are my options and the difference. He did not want to deal with me he wanted the man who was going to do the job. I said how about you give me the option for the 20 and he went on with ma'am I want to deal with the person doing the job. I asked why I can't just get a quote. He said no thank you and hung up in my face. Really? I'm the person paying by the way and 2 other companies were able to quote me. And if I have two options 20 or 30 like you said why would you not give me the one I asked for or not both options. Was it because I am a woman or you had a long day!?? Rude. Who wants to deal with a company like that. Thank fully there are other companies and my money can go else where.

Went there to look at a machine and i asked what the price was for the machine as is and they wouldnt give me a price. They had to fix it up to sell it ... they wouldnt even fire it up for me.
