Jennifer was a huge help during and after my pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. There are so many physical discomforts of pregnancy and postpartum that are just considered 'normal' by many MD's. However, Jennifer offers real solutions that work instead of just 'wait and see if it gets better on its own.' I highly recommend her for women's issues such as stress incontinence, as well as back and hip pain.

I pulled a muscle from a doing a long run I was not ready for about 2 years ago. In the past, I could easily increase my running mileage with no issues. Now after having kids combined with less exercise, having a sedentary job and elements out of my control like age, I injured myself. Eventually the pain went away and I only did moderate exercising, no running. Fast forward. I signed up for a Tough Mudder thinking I could quickly train. I made the same mistake and re injured my hamstring. I was getting a tingling pain from my button down to my calf while sitting and doing light walking. I wasn't able to do much exercising that I that I was use to. I was hesitant to go to a physical therapist thinking I could google my injuries and cure myself. My friend convinced me and I went. It's been great, I've learned about muscles I've never heard of and found my injury is more severe than I thought. I have the proper exercises to do get the muscles I need to get back into running. Since Jen specializes in post pardon partum, she addresses certain things my doctor never check for after having my babies. She educated me on post partum exercises that I could do to get my body back. She checked for splitting of the stomach muscles and gave me exercises that has seen fixed my incontinence issues from birthing children. Now I can run, sneeze and cough like a normal person and not have to worry about any accidents.
