Finally found what I’ve been looking for! Borders Custom Embroidery has got to be one of the best places out there. They greet you with a smile and you end up leaving with one. Superb customer service. They have got to need more customers with how low their prices are. The other places I’ve looked have double the price, sometimes even more! The moment you open your items, you can immediately tell they take their time to assure quality. I like that. I offered to expedite my items for a price since I needed it by a certain time, but they refused and told me it was going to take that long anyway. They work hard!!! What great service they provide. They’re like McDonald’s, I’m loving it! The shop itself is very unique, it’s like a museum, very interesting.
