Some of us realize that writing , publishing or selling books have never been more a challenge than the present time. Ketab Corp is gallantly withstanding the social and economical hardship to pursue its valuable goal of educating the public ... I commend the men and women who have been the backbone of such an endeavor.

Hi, I ordered two volumes of a book from Ketab to be posted to me in United Kingdom. The wrong volumes were send to me and after few emails to them in this regard; which I did not receive a response to, I called them and was told to post the wrong volume back to them on my cost. I asked if I would be refunded as it is their mistake to send the wrong book and he gave me another email address to write to who also did not reply to my email. I have now paid 12.35 to post the book back to Ketab and have again emailed them to ask for the correct volume to be posted to me. I'm hoping to receive a proper apology letter from them for such bad service and an offer of refund for posting the book back to them. I will keep you posted :( Helga
