Paddle Palace provided excellent service! I'm was an intermediate player looking into getting a custom built paddle and stumbled across this website. The amount of information shown on the website was a lot so I decided to call them and talk to a Paddle Palace employee named David. David then proceeded to take 30 minutes out of his day to help me learn and select the right blade and rubber for my style of play. I will be shopping here again when it's time to upgrade paddles again! Edit: I received my paddle today and found small chips along the edge of the rubber. While I appreciate the quick delivery and quality material, the assembly of my paddle seems to be not valued. to me it seems like the process of trimming the rubber was done hastily and without great concern. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars for the customer service leading up to the purchase but 3 out 5 stars for the construction of my paddle.

Paddle Palace has the best customer service! I don’t know much about Table tennis but I wanted to get the best setup for my new garage. I called and asked all kinds of questions and David and the team were so helpful! I love my new Stiga Optimum 30 and knowing that I bought it from Paddle Palace I know that I will be taken care of If I have any issues or need parts or want to add accessories. Thanks Paddle Palace!

This is about.... 500.00 worth of paddles I purchased from the Paddle Palace over the last couple months... I have probably spent 800 to a grand with them. After making the MASSIVE mistake of buying nonsense gear off Amazon I had enough. I searched around and these guys had the best rep.
