This is my review of the Haunted Carriage Rides in Paducah, Kentucky. The carriage ride was great and so were the scary stories BUT the woman who gave the ride was EXTREMELY rude to us over the phone and even went as far as to call one of the people from our party (NOT EVEN THE ONE WHO MADE THE RSERVATION) hours before the carriage ride stating that we had to reschedule EVEN THOUGH I messaged her at 6am to make sure we were still able to do the tour with the rain. So, that person didn't show up. Then, the woman we spoke to had the AUDACITY to be angry that the person from our party that she called didn't show up. She even tried to lie to us about calling our friend....we have the screen shot to prove that she called our friend. .....oh and we tried earlier in the day to cancel because she was being so rude but she stated that we couldn't cancel because she had already charged our card BUT when we got into the carriage, she made my friend walk back to the car and get her credit card so that she wouldn't have to pay an extra 10 dollars. So, we were lied to multiple times and treated with little respect with every phone call. I tried to leave a review on the Paducah Haunted Carriage Ride facebook page but she instantly deleted it.
