Generally speaking, "Horseshoe Bend" is VERY CROWDED and there was a significant fee to park your vehicle (I believe it was 8 at the time of our visit: 4/27/2019). It's a significantly long walk for the elderly or infirm, to view the "Bend" and is not generally Handicap Accessable, while passing through about 1/3 mile of loose sand and hills. We preferred the, "much the same, Bend over the Green River" visible from "Dead Horse Point State Park" bordering on "Canyon Lands National Park" over this one actually. And better still, the MANY "bends" visable at "Goosenecks State Park" of Utah, North of Monument Valley, AZ.
