Purchased our 2 story modular from Nathan and Todd at Brothers Homes. We are very happy with our purchase. The experience was a good one. They delivered on time and all things were as promised. There were only a few small things which were addressed in a very timely manner. We have lived in our home several years now and still happy that we did business with Brothers. There have been times that we needed advise on something in the industry and they were able to provide help, way after our purchase. I call that great customer service.

I have seen poor workmanship in a home recently purchased from here. Where 90degree angles was supposed to be, way off, window casing has gaps big enough to stick a finger in. Would not bother to cut it to the correct size. Many other issues too. Lifetime investment and at their cost should be excellent quality. Customer service after the purchase, from what I have seen, not good at all. I could not imagine making this size of a purchase, only to have issues with the quality in less than a year.

I have dealt with Todd at brothers housing and every promise that he has made, he has delivered. He was great to work with and we recently moved into our new house and love it. Thanks for everything. And I would highly recommend Todd and brothers housing.

We started our journey December 2017 when we purchased our parcel in Indian Land. We had to overcome many obstacles with the pitch of the land and an unanticipated lengthy rain season in 2018. Our home manufacturer was Ranell and I couldn't recommend the brand enough. The work that had to be done once we were moved in was quick. The Ranell guys were super friendly and a joy to have in my home. We've been here 6 months and have some marriage line cracks in our drywall due to the weather change. I don't expect to have any issues getting it fixed in the coming weeks. Many of the complaints after the home has been moved into stem from the manufacturer of the home, and shouldn't be a direct reflection on Brother's. As far as being unable to get into homes when there are only 1 or 2 people on the lot, the others are usually on site at an installation. I wouldn't want people to be able to walk into the these homes without supervision either. In these times, you have to worry about vandalism and theft. But, that's just my opinion. We hope to sell our home in the next 6 months to a year. We got pregnant right as we were moving in and now have outgrown our beautiful homestead. It's wonderful to know that our home is appreciating like the others in our area and in some cases, we have more \polish\ than the stick built homes around us. Thank you so much, Brother's Housing!

Don't waste your time! We have been to the place 3 times and can never get in the homes. They keep them locked for some reason and won't let you in without an employee. We tried calling before we went this time and were told to come before 1pm. We got there at 11am and was told by the secretary that no one was there to show us the homes. She said someone would be there at 11:30am, after waiting I went back inside and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. If it were my business I would have given the customer the keys to the houses at that point or would instruct my secretary to show the houses when no one else is there if it's that important they remain locked. We have looked at modular home offices all over the state and never been to one where the houses are locked during normal business hours. Their website talks about the professionalism that you'll experience with them but we did not see that. We drove there on the recommendation of a friend who bought a home from brothers, but to quote them \it was not a good experience but it can't hurt to go look.\ Well I am done trying to look at homes here. If you're going to run it like a by appointment only business then run it that way. We would have gladly made an appointment to look at the homes.
