We had such a relaxing time. They provide robes and towels and you can trade wet ones in for dry ones even during covid. Clean environment. Decent food. Bartender was rude but I wont reflect that upon the whole center. The waiter was amazing and friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. I will be back I hope the trails are open next time we go. Great springs and hotel. I am sure its the best one in town.

Wow! What a unique and cool experience in Pagosa! This was so fun to do with our family and the staff were out of this world kind. Why not experience the healing qualities of the geothermal springs while on your winter Spring Break! My kids has a blast, my husband and I were able to kick back, and learning about the benefits of the hot springs was fascinating!! We left relaxed, full of renewed energy, and we may have to go back before we head back home!! Huge shoutout to the manager Matt who made our experience EXTRA AWESOME.

My husband and I stopped in Pagosa Springs for a couple of days to take advantage of a day pass to the hot springs. As a couple, we chose to do the Terrance Relaxation pass where you have VIP access to a less busy set of pools. So worth it! We spent the better part of our day here (from 9 am to 3 pm). Owen was our server and he was amazing and kept us hydrate and happy all day.

Had a wonderful getaway weekend with my husband celebrating our one year anniversary. We stayed most of the time in the VIP section. I will say we are definitely going back next year! The staff was awesome and helpful, Tom Campbell Especially. His drinks were delicious and always had great conversation with him. The only downside; the food at barefoot was horrible. Ordered French fries that were hot but had no crunch, they were too soft.

The staff was VERY professional, courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Although, we were hardly ever in it. The pools were THE BEST relaxation and Zen place I've experienced in a LONG time! And the poolside service was fantastic too. Super convenient and allowed us to stay in without having to endure the frigid and icy temps/conditions. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Really enjoyed the hot springs and food from the cafe. 24/7 access to all pools. Pools get very busy in the evening. Early morning is quiet and very enjoyable. Had an issue where a staff member entered our room even though they were not doing housekeeping during COVID. Manager looked into it and spoke with staff member. Seemed like an honest mistake. Management adjusted our cost for the night's stay to make up for it.

If your looking for a place to unwind and fall off the grid , this is it! They have rooms for every budget. We stayed in the big new lodge and it was awesome for a special occasion. I will stay in the one or two story buildings next time. Guest of the hotel have 24 access to all soaking pools. They exchanged robes and towels as needed. They have 2 food choices on property but neither are dinning restaurants. Just pool snacks, burgers etc. The spa is great a little pricey but again we were there fir a special occasion. You can by day passes but you have to be out of the springs by 8. The whole place is beautiful just be prepared for the sulfur smell, it’s rather strong. We were lucky enough to see it snow while we were there , it was beautiful fir sure. Best time to soak is in the VIP area once public is gone all other pools are less crowded. We spent a lot of time at 2 fire pits on the property. Enjoy the pics and add this place to your bucket list!

This was my first time at a resort and it was definitely an experience. The rooms were pretty average, nothing special but the springs were worth the money. Only groups of 4 were allowed in each spring at a time. The springs were right along the river and near the mountains so the view was stunning. I'd recommend getting a hotel elsewhere and doing a day pass.
