Would leave zero stars if I could. Absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I have called dozens of times with no return calls. Barbara even lied to me and told me she called me and when I called her out on it, she apologized. I have been having to pay out of pocket because they refuse help me with prior authorization process for my migraine. They said insurance denied it, when in reality insurance just asked them for more records and information. Countless calls unreturned. I brought them my MRI on a disc only for them to lose it.
