(Open Disclosure- I was acquainted with MaryAnn thru our sons in Scouting, but did not spend time together. We met again years later - in Italy!) Short version- I got the absolute, best exam I've Ever had! I have never been in the waiting room more than a few minutes. They worked with my insurace! When I began to notice signs of the decline in my hearing it was Mary Ann I thought of first and I made an appointment with her small but beautiful cozy office. How many of us have not had a good exam since 5th grade? MaryAnn then sat me down, showed me onscreen and printed results, explained everything in full. She showed me at least 3 types of hearing aid, explained pros/cons/costs - and let me decide what I wanted. She called my insurance- and documented what the Agent said. When the equipment arrived and my insurance had covered one not both, she said 'don't worry.' I made the payment and went home, but MaryAnn went to Bat! Armed with her records she went toe-to-toe with the insurance and I soon rec'd quite a hefty refund! I've also seen Amanda Barbur, she is smart, caring, and capable! Nan and Nancy make sure the office runs smoothly, Eric Bencin pitches in too. No - if you want the Pup's name, you'll just have to make an appointment. If you notice you're turning your TV louder and louder or you notice you aSk people to repeat what they have said, let MaryAnne help you. She ordered mine in a color very close to my hair color- plus there's all kinds helpful technology! I have a remote control, a Phone App, and a TV 'streamer'.

I am happy I found this place. I was in need of a hearing aid, but couldn't afford the 4k price of just one. MaryAnn was able to help with a low price high quality hearing aid. I highly recommend you stop there and ask if you are not in a position to spend thousands and need to hear again.
