I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes. The doctors have always been super nice and quick and efficient with us!

Went in for a service posted on their website. Wasn't able to help me due to not doing that service anymore. After waiting an hour to finally see the nurse. She told me how I should get my life together and blase blah.

All five of my kids have had sports physicals here; Many of my family's minor illnesses have been treated here. The nurse practitioners who work here are professional, courteous and very thorough. I have always had good experiences at this Minute Clinic. Also it is much more convenient and cost effective than the doctor's office.

Went yesterday for flu shot required by my work, was in in less than 5 minutes and the lady in the clinic was super nice, gave the perfect painless shot, and was very knowledgable. I will be going back there in the future!

I went to the minute clinic after breaking out from an unknown cause. I took Prednisone for it myself that I had.(I know, I know) Anyway, I went in because the rash started to spread into welts. It hadn't even been 12 hours since my last low dose of 2.5mg and this child they have running the clinic said I had a rebound rash from taking prednisone. I'm still shocked that a tapering dose of prednisone can do that, not. As she was spinning around in her chair and playing with her pig tails (not kidding) rudely asking questions in disgust that she had to be there on a weekend maybe, typing information in she prescribed me more prednisone. Rash went away on its own...then I went to pay my bill...the online portal doesn't work...the phone line doesn't work...guess you'll get a check. My husband also went in for poison ivy on a separate occasion and described the same girl. He is highly allergic and gets a medrol dose pack every time from his doc. I asked for him to mention this...because he will follow those directions as well as it works for him. He voiced that and said she huffed and said you're getting prednisone... Which he didn't finish and I ended up having to have a medrol dose pack called in. Thanks a heap for listening and acting so professional.
