Great staff very helpful, more helpful then the Cleveland clinic walk in clinic in Madison. They wont see me this morning but after doing electrical check in at UH urgent care I was in and seen with in 20 minutes! Very caring and compassionate professionals.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They were willing to answer all my extra questions about symptoms and illness. The sign in online process was easy to understand and quick. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here.

I had the pleasure of being Abigail Covell’s (PA-C) patient today. She asked pertinent questions, listened to my answers and explanation about my accident. Once her determination was made, based on her assessment and X-ray results, she explained what occurred and what was needed for my healing process so well that I learned a few things, which was amazing. Every member of the medical staff there, and in X-rays was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I could not have had better care!
