We're new to paintball and everyone here was very helpful and took time to explain everything. Prices for air tanks, hoppers, and other supplies were significantly less than Field and Stream. Very cool little place.

People, don’t buy from this company. They sell refurbished goods calling them as brand new. Their manager Jay is a liar and disgusting person. They shipped “brand new item “ which was defective and when I shipped that item back to them they said that they are going to charge 20% restocking fee for the item which I never used and was defective at arrival. Stay away from these scammers.

I over heard a conversation this afternoon at the store by an employee helping a customer. Being a mother of marine this really bother me to walk out. A veteran was being help by employee asking questions about air soft gun for his daughter. The veteran said “Do you have an extra clip for this air soft gun? “ The employee said “No it’s called a magazine!” The veteran explained that’s what he was taught to call it a clip in the military. The employee said” Well they should have beat it out of you! Smack you around to get it right!” I thought that was the so disrespect to not only a veteran but any customer. PTSD in Veterans is a very serious issue. Please have a talk with your employees for better customer Service!

Never greeted and person working never got off the phone to even ask if we needed help. Wouldn’t list as a prepper store as there were 3 cans of food and a few boxes of over priced ammunition. Looked like a lot of paintball stuff but as I said no one working ever helped.
