I bought a ticket package , for which they gave me a voucher. I went online to redeem the tickets \(input voucher number and print your tickets!\ they said...) The voucher number doesn't work, it says there are no tickets for that number. I've called and left a message, no return call.
Hands down the rudest, most unprofessional person I've dealt with in Customer Service. I was told a price of 16.90/child if I purchase their Groupon. I paid 28.90/ additional paintballs per child. When I called to ask about the difference Amber was incredibly rude. Admitted she/they quoted me the wrong price but that Paintball was an expensive sport. She said the location did not tell them they weren't honoring the 16.90 price I was quoted. No apology just rude and defensive and unprofessional. I explained I wouldn't have purchased the Groupon if I were quoted the real price. She became irate & hung up. She should be reprimanded and fired. I should receive a refund.
