Dog picked up 40 ticks. Where is an entrance on public land? Surrounded by private no trespass signs. Is this even legal? I was there about 10 years ago, nasty ticks then as well. Downed trees with overgrowth made walking treacherous. Chainsaw marks make it seem that the region is maintained to deter people.
