I have been using their services for many years and they always go above and beyond to find the very best shipping rates available! Have been using this Pak Mail location and working with Justin for many years. I have always been greeted by name and with a friendly attitude. I have not only worked with Justin, but by many of his employees and have never had a bad experience. I feel the cost's are more than comparable with industry standards and I have never experienced any issue that would make me think about not using this facility. Very convenient and usually the wait is very short. Patients is necessary when other customers are needing and being helped and if time is short, you can always return at a later time. Keep up the great work Justin!
My experience has been flawless with this location, I have been a customer for over 5 yrs and always the Customer Service has been impeccable and always friendly. Convenient delivery notices of my mail are always issued promptly. Your one stop mail place without the hassle of the long lines at UPS.

As a fledgling small business owner I am still learning the ropes in terms of shipping, but this place seems great. Jason is really knowledgable and good at his job, and I finally felt I was paying the best price for my packing and shipping. He provides all the options and pricing and I can choose the perfect option for each package. I see other reviews complaining about the high prices, however I shipped one package at a UPS store for 70, and shipped three with better packaging here for 60. So for my needs this place is much better.
Jason was great he went above and beyond packing my late mother's China set and it arrived on time.also in great shape for are daughters wedding. I will be back they are my new shipping guys in Lakewood
