I was here to send a parcel for a client and was nervous about how fragile porcelain could be especially for shipping aboard. I was surprised how well this shop took care of delicate items! It made me relieved. The previous owner was terrible! It made me give up on this shop which is the closest to my office for a while. I am very pleased with the new management team who are very attentive and professional. I will definitely recommend Pakmail to everyone.
