These guys rock! I was gonna' toss my radio controlled piece of junk LaCrosse clock. I Emailed Across Town and got a response in minutes....AT 6:00 pm! They were 60% cheaper in price than the glass guy down the street from my house, incredibly friendly and helpful! They offered to give me thicker glass for my clock at the same price even! They got a customer for life, and I need them! Animals that rent houses do not like windows! Thanks guys! Update: EVERYTHING ON ARTHUR AVE IN ARLINGTON HTS IS 10X ANYBODY ELSE.
Tino and his assistant were great! I found them on Google and read their reviews. They gave us a competitive price to replace 20 year old shower doors that had bad water stains on them and had some chipping. They came out to measure and were very professional and you could tell from the way Tino was explaining everything, that he really knows this business. The doors were custom, as I needed them higher than your normal shower door to accommodate three guys in this family who are 6 1/2 feet tall! Hey also told me how to care for the doors so that I wouldn’t have a problem with water stains again. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Tino!
Across town was the company used/ selected by our GC for our home addition project. They did an outstanding job with the installation of the shower doors/ paneling on two bathrooms. I am very particular about things being done right, and let me tell you, the work was completed to perfection. Several years after the project was completed, one of the hinges needed adjustment. The adjustment was done on the day we contacted them, free of charge. Very professional, reliable. Highly recommend.
Tino and everyone at Across Town Glass & Mirror have taken good care of us all 3 times we have had work done by them. We especially like the tempered glass chair mats they made for us to go under office chairs. They really protect the carpeting and allow easy gliding. They look good and wear like iron (plastic mats from office supply stores look cheap and they crack - our experience with them over thick carpet anyway). Across Town also put a mirror up in our hallway. Another job well done. Thank you for your service to us.
