I had been unable to start my snow blower this season, so I called Arlingron Power Equipment, who had serviced it in the past. They scheduled a pickup, and that occurred on schedule. They told me the repairs could take up to 7-10 working days at this time of year, but they got done sooner than that. I just received a call to set up a return delivery of the machine, and the caller was pleasant and cheerful. This was a very pleasant experience for me all around. I have always been pleased with the service I have gotten from this company.

I needed a snowblower and chose this shop over a big box/ home improvement store. I am so happy I did. They sold me the perfect snowblower for my needs at a price that I was thrilled with. They assembled it for me and tested it to make sure all worked well. Great buying experience. I actually felt special shopping here. Thank you for that. I will never shop anywhere else for power equipment.

Reasonable price and shipping times. I don't often do reviews. What I really want to review is the customer service from Scott (and Cliff too) at Arlington Power Equipment. Both were extremely pleasant and professional. I had an issue where UPS damaged the engine before it was even delivered. On the day it was to be delivered, a Thursday, UPS notified me that they were returning the engine to the sender. I immediately called and spoke to Scott who was able to double check what he could do for my particular situation. In the meantime, someone else from the company called to let me know that UPS damaged the product (which was great though I already knew). Scott called me back within 20 minutes to say a replacement is being sent right away. I had my replacement by Monday evening. I called that same Monday for order status update/tracking info (not knowing it was to be delivered that day) and spoke to Cliff who was also incredibly pleasant. I was fully expecting to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to receive it. Outstanding customer service! Hope I don't have to buy another engine anytime soon, but when I do, they'll get my business again. As someone who has worked in a similar industry for years, I was highly impressed. Highly recommended.
