Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff!!! I had a lot of questions about our inherited hot tub at our new home and they walked me through everything patiently without pushing unnecessary product. Will be visiting them as opposed to the retail chain options nearby.
The level of service that Jimmy provides is amazing. He gave me his personal cell phone number, and he encourages me to call anytime with questions. I often text him with photos of any issues I’m having, and he’s happy to quickly answer them. Being an owner of a new hot tub, I can say there’s a learning curve — but I always feel well supported by Jimmy as I learn to properly care for it. Who can say that about their salesperson post-sale? Awesome.
Service department is terrible. They don't answer their phones or return calls.
