If you want an accountant that intimidates you by sending your invoices to collections within hours of a disputed charge (knowing you are in the middle of a refinance) to twist your arm to pay for services that you specifically did not agree to or have a signed contract, you've come to the right place. If you want an accountant that says they will provide one thing, starts work without a contract, then sends you a contract stating that the work they are doing won't actually achieve what you need yet you still have to pay them for it, you've come to the right place. If you want an accountant whose customer service leaves you with a wide open jaw from the lack of standard care or kindness or even services for the money you paid, you've come to the right place. If you want an accountant who over charges for what minimal quality they provide, you've come to the right place. Actually if you think about it, if you really want an accountant you should go anywhere else. Otherwise, good luck with this firm. I wouldn't be surprised if they intimidate all their clients.
