I have gone to my fair share of third parties to get my phone repaired. However, this guy was the best I ever went to. My iPhone's battery was a bit messed up and the phone would keep randomly dying. I got it repaired roughly a year ago and I have had no issues since. The gentleman was extremely kind and professional. Highly recommend.

The screen on my Samsung was severely cracked. I picked this place based on their previous reviews and Rocky did not disappoint. If you are in the Chicago area and you need any kind of repair done to your phone or laptop, this is the only place you need to go to! Fast turnaround time as well.

I 1st used Fast Geekz around a year ago after searching for a computer repair place that had very good reviews. I was not disappointed. He fixed my one computer for a very reasonable price. He also spent some time looking at another one which he did without even charging me. I gave him 20 anyway just because I appreciated what he did. This year, as Murphy's law would have it, I had two MacBook pro's video cards fail within 3 days of each other! I brought them both into him and he took care of my issues. I'm very satisfied with the service he does and the reasonable price that he charges. I then, brought him an 11 year old Acer Aspire Windows 10 that was just running very slow. I thought it might have been corrupted. He informed me that the hard drives get old and slow down and that this problem could be fixed by putting in a solid state hard drive. Which I had him do for me. Now, that one, is also running perfectly fine. He also, transferred my files so I didn't have to lose anything. He is definitely a reasonably priced guy that I trust and, that I have told others about. Keep up the good work, Roki! Jim Conner
