Very slow, very slow. Very inefficient. Avoid them. Nothing gets done on time. Multiple mistakes that will cost you money. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else. We had an insurance cancellation problem. It took 3 weeks, everyday phone calls and email, personal visit to their office. All to no avail.
