They are some of the kindest people around. They are upfront and knowledgeable. They take care of your animals as if they were their own. I make the extra drive just to have my fur babies go there because I know, they will be well cared for.

I’m impressed! From state of the art equipment to the exceptionally loving care that the very friendly staff provides makes this veterinary office a must visit when looking for the best vet in Palatine. The groomers here are extremely knowledgeable and fair with pricing with what they can provide there too! The lean treats sold on the shelf my cats go crazy for even tho they smell very gross they are very good for them and the animals love love love them plus you cannot find these treats at the pet stores so that’s a plus!

We had such an amazing experience at Loving Care Animal Hospital! After having to abruptly leave our old vet I called Loving Care to get an ASAP appointment for my dog who was ill and they took me the same day! They were thoughtful and patient and explained everything to me and I felt like my dog was very well taken care of. After a few days of medicines and rehydration my dog was feeling much much better. I'm so glad I changed to this vet and now I have a vet that's close to the house and super thoughtful & thorough. We look forward to going to them for a very long time. Thank you Loving Care for taking such good care of our fur baby!
