Went for 60 minutes massage at Palatine location. Lady in reception area was very nice and friendly. The room was clean. The entire atmosphere was ambient and relaxing. Raichel was great. The presure was good. Her hands were firm but gentle. I realy enjoy my session, left very satisfied. Thank you Raichel.
Came in with a gift card from my husband. For some reason they could not find the card in the system. This was my 1st visit to Massage Envy, they knew the card was unused but proceeded to charge my credit card 55.00. So we ended up paying 110.00 for one massage that was clearly an employee error. What a sketchy place! Shameful Follow up. The store replies to “send more info.” First of all how many people do they do this to? They know the situation with me and basically told me “too bad.” I have emailed “corporate” and have not gotten a reply.
I had a great facial there. Great staff and very, very clean restroom. Everyone is so friendly. They sell the products used right there so you do not have to hunt for them.
Been a member here for quite some time and although there was a change in management almost a year ago, the place is still the same. Many of the better therapists have left and there is so much turnover esp at the front counter. Additionally there has been no reinvestment into the location. Temperature, sound, comfortable seating... all areas that need improvement along with the staffing issues. I have heard from many others that other ME locations are better operated and equipped.
