Was at this location on May 13th to buy more paint and some other items. My experience with the counter guy in the paint department is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! His name is Ignacio and he was very kind and more than helpful. Gave me a few pointers on certain paint products for future reference.
I had a wonderful employee whose name escapes me help me with the rope there for a project I am doing. They salespeople are knowledgeable and nice people who go out of their way. I often fix things in this hellhole I rent myself and there is always someone to tell me what i need there. I need a new place to live in all reality but it the meantime they are lifesavers! This is Ulta for men!
Rented a faulty Power washer. Exchanged for another. Still didnt work. No one on the phone could walk me through what might be wrong. 2 hours and gas wasted.
