I have worked here for several years and find that it is a great place to work. I am able to balance providing for my children. When reading reviews, please note that most of the people who have posted are employees who were termed for unprofessional behavior. Those of us who work from home, value supporting our families and realize that all jobs come with rules, enjoy working here. Be careful when reading a post from someone. Remember, if they cannot read or spell, they should probably not be trusted.

I was hired here in December of 2015. The staff is easy to work with, and I was afforded the opportunity to grow with the company. One of the key things to remember when working from home is making sure that you realize that this is a job. I reviewed some of the comments from some of the people, please note that most of the people who are giving feedback lasted less than two weeks with the job. You have to ask yourself if it is the job or the person. Nonetheless, Windy City keep doing a great job. I value working here.

I don’t understand what most of these people are talking about, they schedule my interview and call me maybe 5mins after. Which to me was still great timing. They email me all my instructions. I am going to working for home starting Monday! I LOVE THE PROJECT IM ON. My hours are a split shift but still cool because I work from home. What I do is easy️ I believe that if the job is for you then God will work it out in your favor. If it not... just know something better will come your way. I must say I can’t complain. I am happy to see how it go. As of now they get 5 stars because everyone has been very nice. They walk you through the process with putting software on your it nice. I don’t like how they get paid... I wish it was weekly but other than that no complaints. Windy City Call Center is a great company if you give it a chance ️

Terrible company to work for. Glorified middle men. Scripted position. 9 bucks an hour. The bonuses are a joke. This is a sales position. You persaude those who are uninterested to apply to a job. And are expected to reach a daily quota thats sometimes unobtainable. If they actually counted the ppl you actually got a chance to speak with, it might be a more accurate representation of their employees effort toward obtaining daily goals.
