From start to finish Palette Pros exceeded my expectations. The salesman André was on time, attentive, knowledgeable and responsive. The price quote came in at half of what 2 other companies quoted me at. The technicians were polite, professional and communicated very well. They cleaned up everyday after they were done and corrected anything that was not perfect before I asked them to. (Only 2 small details, but I noticed). They even followed up from their office afterwards to ensure I was 100% happy prior to billing me. Excellent experience and I’ve already referred them twice and will definitely use in the future! Thanks guys!
I have worked with Palette Pro a couple of times now, for large jobs. Their workers are excellent. Rodrigo and William were extremely responsive and professional, and handled all issues that came up. They completed the most beautiful bathroom renovation for the master bathroom. Could not be happier with the quality of their work!
The people at Palette Pro were great from the initial bid, to the great communication regarding our job, to the workers here at the house. They were able to fix several things rather than replace and that was a great savings for us. They cleaned up every day and did a great job. Everyone was super polite and nice to have around. A lot of companies talk about customer satisfaction, but Palette Pro really means it!
